Balisim began with just three of us and now we are nine! In those early years, we did it all—from building the website and drafting our SOPs to personally handling every eSIM registration and customer inquiry.
To ensure our customers have a seamless experience, we’ve since established legal entities both in Indonesia and abroad, providing reliable and easy payment options for travelers worldwide.

We work closely with many local warungs across Indonesia that sell Telkomsel products. These partnerships help you when you have issues on the internet, and support the local community at the same time.
Official Provider Access
We have official registration access from both Telkomsel and XL, allowing us to activate eSIMs and SIM cards directly through their systems. This ensures faster, more reliable service for every customer.
