Very easy to use system and great assistance when I had a slight issue activating the service on one phone. 36GB was more than enough for my 2 week stay.
We had a 10 day holiday in Bali and the Bali sim was an excellent and efficient service. We did get some promo texts but that was not too distracting . The ease of set up was good however it wasn’t obvious to me that I had to submit a registration form with my passport and phone details. I realised this upon arrival but it was ready in minutes and I was able to use my phone via the eSIM easily. Thank you Bali sim I will use you again when I visit next year!
When I first landed the sim wasn't activated despite me filling all the prior paperwork. None of the instructions are in English. But the customer support team responded very quickly and resolved everything within 10-20 minutes. The service has been working without a glitch since.
Buy online, add your passport information, and you phone imie number. You get quick replies from the company and any issues they can help you with. You set it up at home before you leave. Then once you land, toggle the sim on and you’re connected! The 63gig over a week playing music and uploading photos, was plenty! Didn’t even make a dent. definitely using again next time we travel.
