I'm in Bali right now and have had a hard time getting access to internet (wifi doesn't work in my villa, I didn't get roaming on Amaysim (Australia), only access I have is via a global eSIM company). I tried out another provider but it didn't work and I got stuck. I had reached out to Gede on whatsapp last week before I flew and had his contact in my chat.
So long story short, Balisim (Gede) has helped me and held my hand via whatsapp every step of the way, it's amazing to speak to a real person, who cares, who answers questions and is there to help you.
Couldn't recommend them enough, I wish my service providers back home (Optus, Telstra Amaysim, Vodafone) would operate to 50% of what Balisim's service has provided.

Easy works well in country
Had a wee hiccup to start with - I accidentally put the wrong month and was flying the next day… A few emails sorted the issue and I was sent a QR code.
Had to ask a lovely stranger at the airport to take a photo of the QR code for me so I can scan it, otherwise I’m not sure how I would have activated the eSIM.
Works like a charm, had no issues whatsoever, and heaps of data. So much easier than stopping and trying to get a Sim card.I’ll
