- Keep using the data plan regularly to avoid your IMEI from being blocked. If you don’t use any data for 1–2 consecutive days, there’s a high chance Telkomsel or XL may block your IMEI.

How do I activate my eSIM?

After completing your purchase, you will receive an eSIM via email, which you need to install on your mobile phone. IMEI Image, Selfie and Passport Photo will be needed for registration process.

Key Features:
- Validity: Data remains valid for 30 days from your arrival date.

Important Notes:
- One passport can register up to three eSIMs
- After the IMEI expires, you must purchase a new eSIM, top-ups are not possible once the IMEI has ended.
- Telkomsel eSIM is active for 30 days, and the IMEI is also valid for 3 days guarantee and can be active up to 30days
- All internet quotas are national and usable on 3G/4G/5G networks.
- The eSIM QR code is unique to your device and cannot be reused on another device.
- Phone Number: You will receive a +62 Indonesian phone number upon activation.
The guys were so helpful, assisted with setup and ensured it was working. This eSIM has a local number so easy to setup Gojek/Grab etc as some eSIMs online don’t have a local number so not possible to use these services. Couldn’t fault the service of the sim and the company. Don’t bother going elsewhere.

Very impressed with this service, I signed up a couple of days before I landed in Bali from Australia. The activation was seamless and the network started working as soon as I arrived in Denpasar.
I've had 5G access throughout changgu without any issues. Very happy with this service and will definately use it again next time I travel.
