How do I activate my eSIM?

1. After completing your purchase, you will receive an eSIM via email, which you need to install on your mobile phone.

3. Provide the necessary details as requested in the form.

4. Once you've submitted the form, our team will process your request notify you when it's all ready.

5. Follow the provided instructions to complete the activation process on your device.

• Validity: Data remains valid for 30 days from your arrival date.
• Activation: Complete a simple activation form before arrival to enjoy instant connectivity upon landing.
• Device Compatibility: Supports Apple, Samsung, OPPO, Huawei, and Xiaomi devices. Note: Google Pixel phones are not supported.
