Bali sim, was always on hand to answer issues especially when my handset went down but I thought it was the network. The pricing & package was perfect. I plan to go back & will use them again.

I purchased 2 eSIMs from Balisim and they got activated on time, and I was able to reach out to the support team when I got an SMS from the provider that data is almost exhausted. They told me that base data of 3 GB + Additional data of 13 GB is available and it was true.

Quite a convenient way to get a e-SIM before visiting Bali. The e-comm website was also easy to navigate and the support over WhatsApp regarding further queries was also flawless.
