We highly recommend BaliSIM for Australians travelling to Bali. It was very cheap (about AUD$17) for up to 30 days. The setup (done before we left) was easy and the SIM was emailed to us the day before. It was a simple process to set up and it worked as soon as we landed in Bali. We had reception throughout Bali without any issue.

I'm in Bali right now and have had a hard time getting access to internet (wifi doesn't work in my villa, I didn't get roaming on Amaysim (Australia), only access I have is via a global eSIM company). I tried out another provider but it didn't work and I got stuck. I had reached out to Gede on whatsapp last week before I flew and had his contact in my chat.

So long story short, Balisim (Gede) has helped me and held my hand via whatsapp every step of the way, it's amazing to speak to a real person, who cares, who answers questions and is there to help you.

Couldn't recommend them enough, I wish my service providers back home (Optus, Telstra Amaysim, Vodafone) would operate to 50% of what Balisim's service has provided.

Bought my e-sim with them and also did top-up. The customer support is 1000% the best ever. They answer super quick and help you with everything. Just had to follow few steps and sim was in my phone. Super affordable price! Just a note the package lasts 30days i somehow missed it and bought too much GB what i didnt use and still had to top up but that was my own mistake lol.

Ordered an ESIM from this site and although there were initial problems setting it up, they went above and beyond to make it right for me. Highly recommended.

Easy works well in country

Had a wee hiccup to start with - I accidentally put the wrong month and was flying the next day… A few emails sorted the issue and I was sent a QR code.
Had to ask a lovely stranger at the airport to take a photo of the QR code for me so I can scan it, otherwise I’m not sure how I would have activated the eSIM.
Works like a charm, had no issues whatsoever, and heaps of data. So much easier than stopping and trying to get a Sim card.I’ll
