If you are travelling to Bali, you should definitely get your sim from balisim. They have the best customer service. I mistakenly chose my arrival date 1 day after I was supposed to arrive at Bali. My sim wasn't activated on my arrival. I texted them on WhatsApp and they immediately activated my sim.
Everything worked good. In the beginning I didnt read the emails properly, but that was my mistake. If you follow the instructions, everything should work easily.
The sim is great. I had some technical issue while activation but the customer care team was very supportive and they resolved the issue within few hours. Also the network is great at places of bali, gili and Nusa.

Customer support was active on WhatsApp and they suggested a location where we could exchange our esim for a physical sim for the same plan without paying any extra money.
