To be able to buy and organise prior to travel, and it connect almost instantly when I got off the plane, was not only unexpected, but fantastic. I used my eSim in my iPad then hotspotted my phone to it, allowing me to use wifi calling (keeping my Australian number) while out and about. Far cheaper than Aussie roaming packages.

I ordered online form Tahiti, got everything very fast by email, the esim has been working perfectly from the landing to my departure without any trouble or setting nightmare. I had a powerful data access almost everywhere in Bali, it failed in some really remote mountain aeras but really it's normal, nobody else had data anyway.
My mom ordered also online and she had some trouble to do the set up (she's 78 yo) but they were top with the costumer service and she was able to get it working the second day of her stay in Bali.
I do recommend this service and I will be a returning costumer as it was very good and also a way cheaper than big companies you see everywhere in youtube ads. it's esim, but it's local, and working like a charm.
