The sim is great. I had some technical issue while activation but the customer care team was very supportive and they resolved the issue within few hours. Also the network is great at places of bali, gili and Nusa.

Telkomsel is the best network in Indonesia. I have travelled to a lot of Islands including Komodo, Nusa Islands and Gili Islands. I did not experience any interruptions or signal loss even while travelling from Bali to the islands. Balisim.com provides the best customer service. One of my friends purchased an esim and later realised that his phone was not compatible with esim. Customer support was active on WhatsApp and they suggested a location where we could exchange our esim for a physical sim for the same plan without paying any extra money. If you experience any issues, the communication and assistance is fantastic!. Highly recommended.
Had a rough start with no connection on landing but the support quickly resolved my issue and replied extremely fast to my messages after i wrote them with Hotel WLAN :) After that i had a great connection everywhere and top speed connection
