How do I activate my eSIM?

  • Choose your desired eSIM.
  • Choose your arrival date to Bali/Indonesia.
  • Submit all the necessary document for eSIM activation. The uploading process will be happen before the product purchased.
  • We will sent you eSIM document based on your arrival date.
  • Scan the eSIM, and it will be ready to use.

How do I activate my Physical Sim Card?

  • We offer delivery with 0 cost to your hotel in Bali, around Kuta, Nusa Dua, Uluwatu, Canggu and Ubud. Ensure you are in your hotel when we deliver the Sim Card. We will activate right away. 

How can I buy a data reload top-up?

  • Enter your phone number when placing the order, and your data quota will be dispatched to you within 10 minutes. You will receive notifications via WhatsApp/SMS if any issues arise.
