Terms and Conditions for Telkomsel Prepaid Tourist eSIM

  1. Customers must prepare some image of their passport, selfie photo and mobile phone IMEI information to register. You will be required to submit to us thru Google Form after ordering the eSIM.

  2. Telkomsel Prepaid Tourist eSIM. Supported devices for using eSIM include Apple, Samsung, OPPO, Huawei, Google Pixel, and Xiaomi.

  3. One passport can be used for a maximum of 3 eSIMs.

  4. Customers who purchase Prepaid eSIM packages can top up the eSIM number and repurchase

  5. All internet quotas in the eSIM package are national quotas and can be used on all networks (3G/4G/5G).
