A helpful tip: make sure to follow every requested setup step carefully. I initially sent the wrong screenshot and this added a few hours to the process. I would also recommend completing the purchase and setup before arriving in Bali, so you can have mobile connection as soon as you land at the airport. The service is well set up for that.
