Smooth process

I used an eSIM from BaliSIM during my trip and I couldn't be happier. Due to Indonesian government regulations, the registration process is a bit complicated, but BaliSIM guided me through it flawlessly and made it incredibly easy. Everything worked on the very first try.

Their communication is outstanding. I received regular email updates confirming they had received my info and explaining exactly what the next steps would be. When I reached out to ask if anything was missing, I received an immediate, personal response.

On the day I arrived in Bali, the SIM was already activated. The network coverage was excellent everywhere—even on Gili Air near Lombok! Honestly, without BaliSIM, I would have been completely lost. Other people in my travel group booked a worldwide eSIM provider and paid significantly more money for less data volume and no local Indonesian phone number.

My advice: Definitely go with BaliSIM and don't let the application process put you off. There are incredibly friendly people working behind the scenes who make sure everything goes smoothly! Highly recommended!
