The guys were so helpful, assisted with setup and ensured it was working. This eSIM has a local number so easy to setup Gojek/Grab etc as some eSIMs online don’t have a local number so not possible to use these services. Couldn’t fault the service of the sim and the company. Don’t bother going elsewhere.

The service worked well, but for a 7-day trip this amount of data is actually more than needed, especially because most hotels in Bali provide good Wi-Fi. If you are staying only for a week, you can consider choosing a smaller data plan to save money.

One tip: apply for the SIM before 9 PM Bali time. During working hours the activation is processed faster. If you apply after that time, they usually send the eSIM the next morning.
