How do I activate my eSIM?

After completing your purchase, you will receive an eSIM via email, which you need to install on your mobile phone. IMEI Image, Selfie and Passport Photo will be needed for registration process.

Important Notes:
- One passport can register up to three eSIMs.

I purchased 2 eSIMs from Balisim and they got activated on time, and I was able to reach out to the support team when I got an SMS from the provider that data is almost exhausted. They told me that base data of 3 GB + Additional data of 13 GB is available and it was true.
Quite a convenient way to get a e-SIM before visiting Bali. The e-comm website was also easy to navigate and the support over WhatsApp regarding further queries was also flawless.
The data connection worked everywhere without any problems. Only the conversation minutes could not be activated, which was not a problem, since we only called via WhatsApp! The support was very helpful and uncomplicated! I can only recommend!
If you want a good esim for bali i would always take balisim again perfect service for the esim and even better costumer service
The ESim Works great, Support was quick to reach and coverage seems to be the same as telcomsel.
Purchase process is ok, but we were faster when we bought a telcomsel ESim at the Airport.
