How do I activate my eSIM?

1. After completing your purchase, you will receive an eSIM via email, which you need to install on your mobile phone. IMEI Image, Selfie and Passport Photo will be needed for registration process.

2. Fill out the eSIM activation form available at this Balisim - Registration form link. How to video available at eSIM Registration and Personal Data Removal - Balisim.com 

3. Provide the necessary details as requested in the form.

4. Once you've submitted the form, our team will process your request notify you when it's all ready.

5. Follow the provided instructions to complete the activation process on your device.

Key Features:

• Validity: Data remains valid for 30 days from your arrival date.
• Activation: Complete a simple activation form before arrival to enjoy instant connectivity upon landing.
• Device Compatibility: Check this page for device compatibility information. Note: Google Pixel phones are not supported.
• Single-Device Use: Each eSIM / SIMcard is linked to one device and cannot be transferred.

Important Notes:

• One passport can register up to three eSIMs
• After the IMEI expires, you must purchase a new eSIM, top-ups are not possible once the IMEI has ended.
• Telkomsel eSIM is active for 30 days, and the IMEI is also valid for 3 days guarantee and can be active up to 30days
• All internet quotas are national and usable on 3G/4G/5G networks.
• The eSIM QR code is unique to your device and cannot be reused on another device.
