Very impressed with this service, I signed up a couple of days before I landed in Bali from Australia. The activation was seamless and the network started working as soon as I arrived in Denpasar.
I've had 5G access throughout changgu without any issues. Very happy with this service and will definately use it again next time I travel.

Brought 2 Telkomsel Esims with 40gb of data from Balisim. Esim work on wife phone after a restart though has problems on my phone just kept saying no service. Emailed Balisim and they replied very quickly trying to find the issues. Went back and forwards a few times trying different things, till found out a couple settings were incorrect. Changed those and worked fine for our whole trip. Had great service with Telkomsel everywhere we went. Would purchase again next time

To be able to buy and organise prior to travel, and it connect almost instantly when I got off the plane, was not only unexpected, but fantastic. I used my eSim in my iPad then hotspotted my phone to it, allowing me to use wifi calling (keeping my Australian number) while out and about. Far cheaper than Aussie roaming packages.
Local business to Bali, set up easy (bit of effort with ID process), online as soon as I landed (60Gb plan) highly recommended. Saves messing around at airport, giving money to multinational businesses with poor data allowance
