Customers must prepare some image of their passport, selfie photo and mobile phone IMEI information to register. You will be required to submit to us thru Google Form after ordering the eSIM.

All internet quotas in the eSIM package are national quotas and can be used on all networks (3G/4G/5G).
eSIM cannot be used on more than one device.
The QR code of one scanned customer number that has been installed on one device cannot be scanned again on another device.
