How do I activate my eSIM?

After completing your purchase, you will receive an eSIM via email, which you need to install on your mobile phone. IMEI Image, Selfie and Passport Photo will be needed for registration process.

Once you've submitted the form, our team will process your request notify you when it's all ready.

Thank you BaliSim. This is the first time I've ever used an eSim and I will be using it again. No lining up at the airport to buy a sim was great. Our driver was able to contact us immediately via whatsapp to show us a photo of where he was waiting for us. I bought too much data as I didn't use anywhere near all of it. But, that's a learning curve for me. We bought the Indonesia eSim rather than just Bali because we also travelled to Flores. We had no issues using it for what we needed no matter where we were.
