Balisim

Great!

I ordered an eSIM for my iPhone but installed it incorrectly. I reached out for help via WhatsApp, and I must say the support is excellent. They verify that you’ve installed the eSIM correctly; if not, they send you a message and guide you through the process, ensuring you have an activated SIM ready by the time you arrive.
Great experience with Balisim!

Smooth installation, good customer support. Works as expected. Network coverage is good, 5G in urban areas, 4G in rural. In most cases one can make at least voice calls. Maybe the operator sends to many (commercial) SMSes, but one can ignore them.

As above

Balisim, once installed, is great value for money. It works well, connection is great and data delivery is top notch.
HOWEVER: as with all networks, text messages with special deals arrive regularly, but everything in Indonesian. Surely, with their requirement of one's passport information, and in this age of easy apps, it must be possible to isolate tourist allocated numbers and to reach such people with English texts or even texts in a particular person's home language. Someone should be clever enough to do this without the need for translation of the message in yet another travel application.

Great experience with Balisim! The service was excellent, the process was quick and easy, and the customer service was outstanding. Highly recommended!

Very good coverage and fair price

I had a great experience using this eSIM. The activation was quick and easy, and the internet connection was reliable throughout my trip. I didn’t face any connectivity issues, and it was very convenient compared to using a physical SIM. Highly recommended for anyone travelling abroad!

Superb

Everything went smooth, the instructions were very good and the Connection was very good even on Nusa Penida.

Glad I got this eSIM for my Bali trip. It was very helpful, and the connectivity was great. The support team is quick and responsive, they helped me quickly activate the esim when I faced an issue.

The Installation was very clear and detailed. Customer Service provided excellent Service to my queries. All thru my stay in Bali I did not have any issues. The price of the package was also quite reasonable.

E-sim registration was quite smooth. Support was very responsive to questions. Data package is good for the price.
